Took the ferry to Peak Island, visited the Fifth Maine Regiment Museum, enjoyed wired internet and free parking. Cape Elizabeth was just 2.8 miles away. There were computer facilities and a cozy library.
Oh well, at least they didn't charge me for breathing the air!

The location is jaw-dropping with an awesome rocky shore and the sound of the surf all night. The common area by the fireplace was super cozy, and the full shared kitchen was perfect for preparing meals. The staff, especially Dawn, went above and beyond to make our stay mind-blowing. The decks overlooking the water were beautiful, and the family room was clean and comfy. The value and location make it a great choice for a race or family trip.

Took a ferry to an island, museum nearby , free public parking was a plus, and there were computer facilities.
I mean, who needs wired internet in public areas anyway? Such a hassle.

This place is a hidden gem! The location, right by the rocky shore, is amazing and the views are breathtaking. The communal spaces, like the fireplace and shared kitchen, were perfect for meeting new people and enjoying family time. The unique history and approach of the lodge added an extra touch of charm. And let's not forget the outdoor shower and claw foot tub in the ladies bathroom - pure bliss! I'm already planning my next trip here.

Took the ferry to a nearby island, visited a museum 390 feet away, enjoyed wired internet in public areas, and had free parking. Cape Elizabeth was a short distance from the ferry dock and I used the computer facilities in the business center. Had a blast!
Such a bummer that there was no underwater basket weaving class available.

Title: Best Teen Getaway Ever!
That there weren't any late-night parties or DJ sets. We were in the mood to dance all night long, but sadly, there wasn't much of a party scene.

Our kids were in awe of the civil war artifacts and loved reading the correspondence from that era. The second story deck provided a picturesque view of the sunset over the water, giving us a perfect spot for quality family time. It was a truly unique experience that we won't forget.
My wife says that having shared bathrooms was a bit inconvenient for families with young children.
